Cisco Collaboration Server ScriptBuilder Guide – Version 5.0 

The original name of the file automatically becomes the name of the file in the script.  
You can change the name if necessary. To help the agent understand the contents of 

the presentation, you should use a descriptive name.  You can also include speaker 
notes in the script to describe the file for the agent.

You can include speaker notes in your script.  Unlike other types of script content, 

speaker notes cannot be shared with a caller.  An agent uses speaker notes to obtain 
information about the script content or directions on how to present the script 

content.   

You upload speaker notes to your script from the Speaker Note tab during the 

ScriptBuilder script creation process: 

 

In order to upload a speaker note, you must supply a name for the speaker note in 
the script and the text of the note.  This name and text appears in the script content 

list that the agent sees.   You add speaker notes to explain the script contents.
