Cisco Collaboration Server ScriptBuilder Guide – Version 5.0 

1.  Uploads his PowerPoint presentation by browsing and selecting 

WinterHolidays.ppt from his file list. Sam leaves WinterHolidays as the script 

name for the presentation.  The PowerPoint file consists of two slides and their 
notes. 

2.  Uploads three Web pages by typing their URLs and creating script names for the 

pages: Coats, Sweaters, and Gloves and Hats 

3.  Uploads the Web page comparison by typing the URLs of the two Web pages and 

creating a script name for the comparison: Sales Comparison 

4.  Uploads the image file with the coupons by browsing and selecting 

WinterCoupons.gif from his file list.  Sam leaves WinterCoupons as the script 
name for the file. 

5. Uploads the Greeting, Good-bye, and Sales chat messages, making the greeting 

chat message editable 

6.  Uploads speaker notes describing the Web page comparison 

Now that Sam has uploaded all of his content, he decides to arrange the content to 

suit the flow of a standard agent-caller session. 

Sam then previews the entire script.  The script appears as follows in a new browser
