Send video

Do one of the following:
On the CSR dashboard, click the Tools tab, and then select Video.
On the icon tray, or in the multi-session window, select the video icon.
The video panel appears.

Select Start My Video.
Your customer can send video only after you start sending video.

Ask your customer to share their video by selecting Start My Video.
For the CSR, the CSR video appears on the small screen and the customer
video appears on the big screen.
For the customer, the CSR video appears on the big screen and the customer
video appears on the small screen.
No matter how many participants are in the session, only two people can send
video: the CSR and primary customer.

To close the video panel, select the minimize icon on the upper right corner of the
panel.

Caution:
After you minimize video, you do not stop sending it. Your video icon flashes to let
you know that participants are continuing to receive your video.

If you or your customer wants to stop sending video, select Stop My Video.
Adjust video output
When sending video during a support session you can adjust video output to control
the quality of the video image
the resolution, or size, of the video image
other settings that your camera supports, such as lighting and contrast
