This document describes common issues with Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) Agent, a legacy
tool that allows you to provision devices and soft clients such as Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence, Cisco
TelePresence Movi, and Cisco Jabber for iPad when registered to a Cisco Video Communication Server
(VCS).
Note: Cisco recommends that you upgrade to the new provisioning solution called TMS Provisioning
Extension (TMSPE), but the TMS solution should be functional before you migrate.
