This document describes an error encountered when you install the Cisco TelePresence Management Suite
(TMS) due to failure of installation of Structured Query Language (SQL) 2008. It also details how to
troubleshoot this problem.

Background Information
Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) stores all its customer data in its SQL database named tmsng.
This self−contained storage allows for convenient backup and recovery of customer information.
