Applying License Restrictions to CMR Templates

with the following procedure to create a CMR
template that complies with Personal Multiparty Basic or Personal Multiparty Advanced:
1.
In Cisco TMS, go to
Systems > Provisioning > Users
.
2.
Under Collaboration Meeting Room Templates, click New Template.
3.
Give the template a name, and select the appropriate TelePresence Conductor.
4.
Select a Service Preference that contains conference bridges of type TelePresence Server.
5.
Create a SIP alias pattern. We strongly recom mend basing the pattern on username, which is always unique, to

Select whether to also include a numeric alias pattern, that may be generated within one or more specified
number ranges, or based on an office or mobile phone number.

If using Personal Multiparty Basic, configure the required restrictions (if using Personal Multiparty Advanced,

Set the Maximum Conference Quality to
HD (720p 30fps video, stereo audio) or lower.

1280 x 720p 5fps or lower.

Leave the Allow Multiscreen setting disabled.

Configure remaining settings as desired.
9.
Click Save.

The Rooms column in the list of Collaboration Meeting Room templates displays an updated count of how many CMRs
have been created based on each template across all groups.
