Using the Control Panel

Open the Add/Remove Programs list of the Windows Control Panel.

Locate Cisco TMS Provisioning Extension in the list and click Remove.
A log of the uninstallation will be created in the server's Temp folder. To access the log:

Go to Start > Run.

Type %Temp% and click OK to open the folder.
3.
Look for a file name that starts with MSI and has the extension .LOG.
Reusing or Replacing the Existing SQL Database When Reinstalling
Cisco TMSPE does not automatically delete the Cisco TMSPE SQL databases when uninstalling. The installer will

Two Personal Multiparty licenses are available:

Personal Multiparty Basic (previously named Personal 4-Way Multiparty Conferencing) enables personal video

Limitations
These licenses only apply to:

Unified CM-based deployments—Cisco VCS-based deployments are not supported.
■
TelePresence Server-hosted conferences—MCUs are not supported.
Combining Licenses
You can mix Personal Multiparty licensing with Screen licensing if using separate conference bridges and pools. See
for instructions.
Both types of Personal Multiparty licenses can also share conference bridges and pools on the same TelePresence
