Upgrading Configurations
A software upgrade is usually accompanied by a new schema that might include new configurations and modifications to
existing configurations. Before you upgrade the software on provisioned devices, upload the new schema and upgrade
your configurations.

To upgrade configurations:

Download and add the new schema. See

Upgrading Devices
To upgrade hard endpoints:
1.
Upload the required new endpoint software versions to the software directory on the Cisco TMS server.

Systems > System Upgrade > Software Manager
