After importing a certificate (pfx format) or creating a self-signed certificate the install will complete and, if 
necessary, you will be prompted to reboot the server.

Follow the steps in this section if you chose the Custom setup type during 

 1.  Choose which components to install and click Next. Deselecting Cisco TMS means that only SQL Server 

2008 Express Edition and the Cisco TMS database, if needed, will be installed.
