Cisco Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) Version 15 Maintenance Manual

 

Go to Systems > Navigator. 

 

Select the folder to which you want to add the bridge, and click Add Systems.

 

Click the Add Unmanaged Bridge tab.

 

Enter the following Basic Settings for the bridge (the other settings are optional):    

 

 

 Max IP Bandwidth (kbps)

 

Max Number of Video/Audio Calls:

If 0 is entered in Max Number of Audio Calls, the value set as the Max Number of Video Calls will be 
the number of generic ports that can be used to book either video or audio participants.

 

•

If anything higher than 0 is entered in Max Number of Audio Calls, video and audio calls are counted 
separately and can not be used interchangeably.

 

Check the Immersive checkbox if you want the bridge to be preferred in routing for conferences including 
multiscreen participants.

 

Add the Bridge Addresses: 

 

Select the number of bridge addresses up to a maximum of 25.

 

Specify whether the bridge allows H.323, SIP or both.

 

Specify the E.164 Alias, H.323 ID and/or SIP URI for pre-configured conference on the bridge.
These are the 'static meeting' addresses referred to above.

 

Enter the Location Settings as appropriate.

Adding Unmanaged Endpoints

You can add a system as an unmanaged endpoint if the system type is not directly supported by Cisco TMS.

To add an unmanaged endpoint:

 

Go to Systems > Navigator. 

 

Select the folder to which you want to add the system, and click Add Systems.

 

Click the Add Unmanaged Endpoint tab.

 

Enter a name for what you are adding, and select a type. 

 

Enter the Endpoint Settings and Location Settings. Some fields are mandatory:

Select IP Zone, ISDN Zone, and Time Zone.

Specify Maximum IP Bandwidth.

 

—

Specify Gatekeeper Address.

 

—

In order to use SIP URI, you must also set an H.323 ID or an E.164 Alias.

 

Click Next.
