In Cisco TMS: 

On this page you can specify settings that will apply to all scheduled conferences in Cisco TMS as default. 
Changes can be made to individual conference settings during booking.

Specify whether infrastructure products such as gateways, MCUs and VCSs 
will be visible in Ad Hoc Booking.

Table 132: Settings in the

The default title used for all booked/scheduled meetings. The title can also be edited in the 
Booking/Scheduling wizard. By default this is set to Scheduled Meeting. If you want a time and 
date stamp in the title – enter %DATE% %TIME% together with the title.

Specify the default conference duration for scheduled calls.
