This menu section will only be available in Cisco TMS if Cisco TelePresence Management Suite 
Provisioning Extension is installed and activated on the system.

In Cisco TMS: 

On the left-hand side of the screen, two sections can be accessed using the accordion buttons Users and 
Groups and Configuration Templates.

Selecting a user or group will display the settings for that user or group in the right hand pane of the Users 
window.

 

Enter a display name to manually create a new user group .

Enter user details to manually create a new user.

Update the list of groups and users if imported from Active Directory or LDAP.

 

Edit the display name of the group.

Edit the user details.

Delete the group/user.

Send an email message containing account information to all the users in the selected 
group or the selected user.

Move a group into another group folder.

Move a user into another group.

Click to view more user details.

View the group to which the selected user belongs.

These templates predefine settings for the Collaboration Meeting Rooms users can create from the Cisco 
TMSPE User Portal. Templates are applied to user groups.
