Manage Ticket Error Levels
In Cisco TMS:
Administrative Tools > Configuration > Manage Ticket Error Levels
Change the ticket error levels to reflect the importance you want to give the errors in Cisco TMS.
Note: The error levels are common for all users in Cisco TMS and cannot be defined per user.
Changing the error levels will affect how the tickets are shown in Cisco TMS and in the Ticketing Service.
Setting a ticket type to Not an error will stop Cisco TMS from showing this ticket.
