In Cisco TMS:
Systems > Manage Dial Plan
On this page, you can select systems and modify the following settings:
Setting
Description
System Name
The system's display name in Cisco TMS.
H.323 ID
The alphanumeric H.323 identifier to use for contacting the system, if applicable.
E.164 Alias
The numeric E.164 alias to use for contacting the system, if applicable.
SIP URI
The SIP address to use for contacting the system, if applicable.
Persistent
Checking this option will set all these settings as persistent:

Persistent Template
System Identifier
Whether to track the system by IP Address or MAC Address.
