WebEx Settings
In Cisco TMS:
Administrative Tools > Configuration > WebEx Settings
This is where you configure the settings for the WebEx sites.
WebEx site and user credentials
For each user to be able to use WebEx in telepresence conferences, WebEx Site, WebEx Username and
WebEx Password must be entered in Cisco TMS.

There are two alternative ways to enter this information:

Using Single Sign On.

Using Single Sign On
The Cisco TMS administrator can either have the WebEx username imported from Active Directory or

Not using Single Sign On
If SSO is not used, each user must enter this information manually. Go to the personal information page,
click the link in the lower left corner of Cisco TMS and enter:
