Participant Templates
In Cisco TMS:

Participant Templates represent participants/systems when you book conferences. They are collections of
dial settings for systems.

Participant Templates have two main functions:

To represent a participant/system not managed by Cisco TMS (an unmanaged system) in a conference. By
creating a Participant Template with a set of dial settings, you can add that template as a participant to
conferences and reuse the template.

To define more complex or different settings to a participant than are available through the regular booking

Creating a new participant template

and click New.

Booking a conference with an unmanaged system
1. Go to

2. Click Add Participants.

An unmanaged system can either call in to a conference or be called by the MCU booked for the conference.

The person booking the conference must make sure that each attendee gets the required information to be
able to attend the conference.
