You don't need to add the conductor manually if it is set as the default MCU in booking in Conference
Settings.

2. Once you have added the participants to the conference, select the tab

New Conference
page.
3. Select the alias you want to use for your conference from the Alias drop-down box — the default alias has
been pre-selected by Cisco TMS.
4. If the alias you have selected has a variable part, Cisco TMS will automatically create a unique alias for
you based on the pattern of the alias you have selected, shown in the Address Preview field. You can
change the variable part by typing in the Variable field. These changes are reflected in the Address
Preview in blue.

5. To check that your chosen alias is available, click Check Address Availability.
6. Click Save Conference.
The following are not supported for TelePresence Conductor in Cisco TMS:

Conference templates
n
Participant templates
n
Distribution
The TelePresence Conductor conference type Lecture is not supported in Cisco TMS. Only conference
templates using the Meeting conference type are supported.
