Can schedule and control meetings, attend meetings to which they have been invited, attend any
publicly listed meeting, and modify preferences in their own user profiles.

Delegate

Can view, reschedule, end, or delete meetings on behalf of end users whose user profiles specify that

the privileges and capabilities of Microsoft Outlook delegates.

Delegates are not supported with the Microsoft Outlook integration when you enable Single Sign-On
(SSO) based on Windows Active Directory credentials.
