Currently Cisco TMS forwards SNMP traps on behalf of compatible endpoints, and initiates SNMP traps 
based  on scheduling activities. This functionality will be removed in a future release. 

The use of SNMP Query by Cisco TMS for discovering a system's device type will still be supported.

Support for the Cisco TelePresence Management Server (Appliance) will be withdrawn in the next release of 
Cisco TMS. Affected customers must prepare to move the application to a new Windows server:

 1.  Contact your Cisco sales representative to purchase a new software-only copy of Cisco TMS. A new 

copy comes with 10 additional systems and reduces support contract cost.

 2.  Contact the Global Licensing Operations department (

) and ask them to re-host the 

option keys.
