This is a maintenance release addressing a Cisco TMSPE Smart Scheduler license check issue, and a Cisco
TMSBA issue affecting Cisco TMSXE, Cisco TMSPE Smart Scheduler, and other API clients.

Users of Cisco TMSXE 3.1 must upgrade their Cisco TMS installations following the procedure here:
If you have successfully upgraded to Cisco TMS 14.2 or 14.2.1 and are not running Cisco TMSXE 3.1 or using
the Cisco TMSBA or Smart Scheduler, it is not necessary to upgrade to Cisco TMS 14.2.2.
