Password 

Required. Specifies the password for the account. Passwords:

Must contain at least four characters 

 

Can consist of a maximum of 32 characters 

 

Are case-sensitive

—that is, users must type their 

passwords exactly as you specify them in this field 

 

Can be "****", which indicates to the Site Administrator not 
to change the password for an existing account. 

 

Create a new, random password for a new account. In this 
case, if you are using the option "Require Strict 
Password...", then the new password does not meet the 
password criteria, and the user is required to change the 
password the first time the user logs in. 

Important If, on the Site Settings for Common page, you 
selected the Require strict password for new user 
accounts option, and you are using a CSV file to create 
new user accounts, you must specify a default password for 
each account that complies with the strict password criteria 
you specified. 

Imported passwords in a CSV file can be changed, if proper 
password criteria is set in Site Security options. 

If field is left empty, a temporary password will be generated 
automatically. 

Email 

Required. Specifies the user's email address. A user's email 
address must be unique. 

If field is left empty, it will prompt for an email address.
