Changing the LDAP info in the bootstrap, does not automatically
update the same information in the LDAP information page in the
Cisco Serviceability Utility. You need to specifically change it in the
LDAP tab in Cisco Serviceability Utility.

To update Unified CM LDAP and IP Address information, complete the following
steps.

In the CRS Serviceability Utility, click the Unified CM LDAP Information tab.
Step 2
Specify your changes.
Step 3
Click Update.
The system saves the information into LDAP.

Click the Unified CM IP Address tab.

Click Update.
The system saves the information into LDAP.
Step 7
Restart the CRS Node Manager on all nodes for the changes to take effect.
