Report Details
EMail Response Detail Report
The EMail Response Detail Report shows information about an e-mail response 
sent back to a customer.
The EMail Response Detail Report includes a table that shows the following 
information for each date in the report range:
Date
Date of each day in the interval.
Number of E-Mails
Number of e-mails sent to the address on the date.

CSQ Name
The name of the CSQ through which the e-mail was routed to the agent which 
sent the response
Time Sent
The date and time the agent sent the response.
Time received
Date and time the contact center received the e-mail
Time retrieved
Date and time the agent retrieved the e-mail
Agent Name
Name of the agent who sent the response. 
From
E-Mail address of party who sent the e-mail
To
E-Mail address to which the party sent the e-mail to reach the contact center
Subject
Subject line of the original e-mail
