Cisco Unified CVP Operations Console Overview
About the Unified CVP Operations Console
The Unified CVP Operations Console allows you to centrally operate, administer, maintain,
and provision the Unified CVP solution. With its web-based approach, the Operations Console
provides the capability to administer and monitor the Unified CVP components remotely.
Note: The Operations Console is required for all the Unified CVP call flow models.
You use the Unified CVP Operations Console to configure Unified CVP devices:
CVP Call Server
CVP Reporting Server
VXML Server
VXML Server (Standalone)
