Purpose

This manual describes how to install and upgrade the Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal
(Unified CVP) components.

Releases of the Unified CVP product prior to Release 3.0(0) were branded as the Internet Service
Node (ISN).

Effective Release 7.1(1), Cisco ICM Enterprise Edition is renamed Cisco Unified Intelligent
Contact Management Enterprise (abbreviated as Unified ICME) . This manual references this
product by the new name, though the new name does not appear in the Release 7.1(1) user
interface.
