CVP Network Deployment Options 
The CVP is not just a better way to build an IVR; it fundamentally changes the IVR business, the ACD 
business, and the dynamics of network control. The best way to understand this is to consider the ways 
the CVP technology can be deployed. There are essentially two distinct deployment scenarios: Hosted 
environment (
NAM and ICM) and Enterprise environment.
Once Gateways and Voices Browsers are set up in the network infrastructure, as shown in 
then prompting and queuing functions of an IVR or ACD can be provided in an extremely efficient 
manner: close to the call origin and under direct control of the service provider.
