Using The CTI OS ActiveX Controls
Once Visual Basic .NET is launched, you can use the ActiveX controls by selecting them via the 
Customized Toolbox dialog (Tools->Add/Remove Toolbox Items via the menu.)

Once the CTI OS ActiveX controls are selected in the .NET Framework Components Tab, you should 
see them in the Visual Basic .NET ToolBox. You can now drag and drop the CTI OS ActiveX RCWs
