AnyConnect 4.0.02052 is a maintenance release that resolves the defects described in

. It also adds the following new features:
WebSec Proxy Authorization
You can now route web security traffic through a public proxy to the Cisco Cloud Web Security service. When you configure Windows
Internet options to use a public proxy on a client, AnyConnect Web Security uses that proxy for the connection. When a user moves
to a non-proxy network, AnyConnect Web Security detects that, and sends web traffic directly to the Cisco Cloud Web Security
service.

Microsoft Permanent Fix for Windows 8.1 AnyConnect Incompatibility
Microsoft's Patch update on February 10, 2015 introduced an OS regression which impacts Windows 8.1 users running AnyConnect.
