AnyConnect 4.0 can be web-deployed by ISE 1.3. ISE can deploy the AnyConnect ISE Posture module along with its compliance

AnyConnect ISE Posture Module
AnyConnect 4.0 offers ISE Posture so that you can deploy one client when accessing ISE-controlled networks, rather than deploying
both AnyConnect and the NAC Agent. ISE Posture provides the ability to assess an endpoint's compliance for things like antivirus,
antispyware, and firewall software installed on the host. You can then restrict network access until the endpoint is in compliance or
can elevate local user privileges so they can establish remediation practices. With the ISE Posture Module addition, you see a new
System Scan tile and additions to the Advanced Panel in the AnyConnect UI. For more information, see
