Step 2
Find the slot for the VPN termination module on the
rear panel of the wireless LAN controller (Figure 2).

Using the screwdriver, remove the cover from the VPN
termination module slot by unscrewing the captive
screws and sliding the module out. Store the VPN
termination module slot cover for later use.

Step 4
Insert the VPN termination module in the slot
(Figure 3).

Caution
If you are inserting the VPN termination module
into a 4402 controller, insert the module into only
Slot 1 (see Figure 2).
