Caveats Resolved in Network Assistant 1.0(1a)
This caveat was resolved in this release:

When Network Assistant 1.0(1) is launched, and when the locale settings in the Control Panel > 
Regional Options window in Microsoft Windows are not set to English (United States), the error 
message 
None of the version files parsed correctly 
no longer appears, and the application 
works correctly.
