Usage
Use this command to define rule expressions to match the URI field in the RTP-Info header of the RTSP
response for a PLAY request.

The following command defines a rule expression to match user traffic based on RTP-URI string
rtsp://www.foo.com
in the RTP-info header of RTSP packet:
rtsp rtp-uri = rtsp://www.foo.com
