The Congestion Policy Configuration Mode is used to create and manage the action profiles to be associated with 
congestion control policies supporting MME configurations on the system. 

 

Exec > Global Configuration > LTE Policy Configuration > Congestion Action Profile Configuration 

configure > lte-policy > congestion-action-profile profile_name

 

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt: 

[local]host_name(congestion-action-profile)#
