On the ASR 5000, inserts the specified disk to the running RAID causing it to recover from degraded mode. 
local1:
 specifies the primary SMC is to be inserted into the RAID. 
remote1:
 specifies the backup SMC is 
to be inserted into the RAID.

On the ASR 5500, inserts the specified FSC disk array into the running RAID causing it to recover from 
degraded mode.
