Command 1: The following command instructs the SGSN to discontinue local offloading for NRIs 

 included 

in the 

 SGSN service configuration : 

sgsn offload sgsn-service sgsnserv4 connecting stop nri 5  

  The next command is an example of provision configuration for multiple NRI with a single 

command. 

Command 2: The following command instructs the SGSN to initiate target count-based offloading for target 
NRI 

 to a target count of
