Configures the reject cause code to send to a UE when an APN mismatch occurs.

Usage 
Use this command to configure the cause code returned to a UE when an APN mismatch occurs, such as 
when an APN is present in the HSS subscription but the HSS subscription for this IMSI has other APNs 
present in the subscription. By default, the MME sends the UE the #23 - ESM Failure cause code for this 
condition.
