This mode provides the commands to configure the congestion-action-profile, which incorporates the actions to be taken 
by the SGSN during specified congestion scenario as part of the SGSN’s machine type communications (MTC) 
congestion control reponses for the call/messages events.

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt:
