Software Configuration Prerequisites
This section describes how to configure the software listed above for use with Service Catalog.
Browser
The following settings must be configured on the web browser used to connect to the Service Catalog 
application:
  •
Popup blocker is turned OFF.
  •
Cookies are enabled.
  •
To run an Asian language version of the system, you must install East Asian Language Support from 
the vendor of your web browser.
  •
Adobe Reader® is required on your web browser machine, in order to view and print reports.
