Cisco Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP 3.0 Release Notes

While the Process Orchestrator platform provides a foundation for Enterprise IT process automation 
content, the SAP automation packs are specifically designed to provide content that integrates with SAP 
environments including SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA, CCMS Monitoring, and ABAP or JAVA 
runtime environments. The SAP content provides automation content for incident response, repetitive 
tasks, and corrective actions.

The automation packs for SAP interface with SAP environments and include preconfigured SAP content, 
enabling users to automate incident response activities and orchestrate complex operational processes for 
SAP applications.

The Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP is available as a separate download. It also consists of 
separate documentation and installer. Customers must download and install Cisco Process 
Orchestrator 3.0.2 from cisco.com, then download and install the Cisco Intelligent Automation for 
SAP version 3.0.2 separately as a second step. 

The customers, who are currently using Cisco Intelligent Automation version 3.0 and upgrading to 
Cisco Intelligent Automation version 3.0.2, are recommended to check 

in addition to this Release Note.

Customers who purchased prior versions of Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP, Cisco Intelligent 
Automation for Cloud, Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP, or Cisco Network Automation must 
request a new license code to get full access to the new features.

Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud and Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP customers should wait 
to upgrade to Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP 3.0.2 (see 

). These 

customers should wait to request a new license code until these solutions formally release.

When an order is placed, the customer receives their Claim Certificate. The Claim Certificate provides 
the Product Authorization Keys (PAK) and a link to the Cisco Product License Registration Portal where 
the PAK keys are registered. The licensing team will then issue the customer their keys. Customers 
should contact Cisco Technical Support and will be referred to the Global Licensing Organization (GLO) 
to request a new license code. The request should reference the original PAK key, the need for a new 
license code for Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP, Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud, Cisco 
Intelligent Automation for SAP, or Cisco Network Automation and the host name on which Cisco 
Intelligent Automation for SAP will be installed.

After you receive the new license code, enter the license into the Cisco Intelligent Automation for SAP 
Update Product License dialog.
