Custom Headers and Footers

Place your custom header and footer files on the specified directory for the styles to which they apply.

and footers, by setting the “Enable Custom Header Footer” site configuration parameter to On.

Customizing Page Headers and Footers
Custom page headers and footers appear in addition to, not instead of, the standard a page headers and

use of default Service Catalog styles.
