Device Audit Report
The Device Audit Report provides audit information about changes that have occurred to a
specific device. You may run this report for a specific IP Address or a specific MAC Address.
6.8.1 Device Audit Report Selection
When you select the Device Audit Report function, a selection screen is displayed that allows

Select by IP Address
Enter the IP Address to display audit information.
Hardware Address
Enter the hardware address (MAC Address) to display audit information.
Administrator
Select the individual administrator that you want to filter the report against,
otherwise select “ALL” to see changes that have occurred for all
administrators.
Start date
Select the calendar icon, and select the starting date for which to filter the
audit report. The format of the start date is “mm/dd/yyyy”. If you leave this
field blank, then all items are returned regardless of start date.

End date
Select the calendar icon, and select the ending date for which to filter the audit
report. The format of the end date is “mm/dd/yyyy”. If you leave this field
blank, then all items are returned regardless of end date.

Submit. The report is generated and appears
in your browser.

The host name for this device.
