The following sections provide an overview of the primary components of Cisco VAMS. 

Cisco Multicast Manager is a Web-based network management application that simplifies the 

holistic discovery, visualization, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IP multicast networks. It 

enables both network managers and video operators to know what is going on everywhere in the 

network in real time. It also supports dynamic modeling of multicast pathways through the network.
