Step 5
Click Search. The Bug Toolkit displays the list of bugs based on the specified search criteria.
Note
In the search results, the headlines and Release-note enclosures might contain both 
Cisco Prime Optical and Cisco Transport Manager product names. For example, if a bug applies 
to both Prime Optical 9.5 and CTM 9.2, the headline and Release-note enclosure contain the 
earlier CTM product terminology. 
Step 6
To export the results to a spreadsheet:
a.
In the Search Bugs tab, click Export All to Spreadsheet.
b.
Specify the filename and location at which to save the spreadsheet.
c.
Click Save. All bugs retrieved by the search are exported.
If you cannot export the spreadsheet, log into the Technical Support website at 
 or contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center 
(TAC).

On a single- or dual-node HA configuration, the database restore fails because some of the archive log files 
are missing from the CTM_backup directory.

When performing a database backup, the following error message appears: “EID-609: There isn't enough 
space in backup directory. Do you want to continue?” However, if you continue, the backup operation 
succeeds. The CTM disk space test is too conservative.

When the CTM client is installed on Solaris, the following file is created under the CTM client installation 
directory: @LongLink (dated Jan 1, 1970).
