  Managing Task Rule Definitions
Adding Task Properties to an Update Task Rule 
Use the following steps to add task properties to update after the task rule is executed.
To add a task property:
Step 1
On the Definitions—Task Rules views, highlight the appropriate task, right-click and choose Properties
The [Task Rule] Properties dialog box displays.
Step 2
On the Update tab, click Add to add a new Property drop-down list to the Properties to Update section.
Step 3
From the Property drop-down list, select the item to update within the task. The properties displayed 
depend on the selected item.

Step 4
Complete the following fields, as necessary. 
Step 5
When completed selecting the categories, click OK to close the dialog box.
Removing Task Properties from a Task Rule
The Remove button removes the last property added to the list. For example, the user cannot remove 
Property 4 without removing Property 5 from the list.
If the user wants to keep Property 5, then update Property 4 with the information from Property 5, and 
then click Remove to remove Property 5 from the list.

Enter new value for the property
