  Important Notes
Advanced Search: “Order by” Displayed
Previously, when using the “Order by” filter in the query field, there was no way to know in the results
section which criterion was being used to sort by. Now, Prime Home has added a visual indication to the
column/s that have been selected as the Order filter.
Batch Processing Search Enhancement
The search filter in the Batch Processing portlet has been expanded to include event type, owner, and
action (workflow) - thereby expanding the CSR’s ability to filter batch processes to get the required
results.
Household View shows Managed Devices
The Home View Portlet now displays devices that are independently connected to the WAN without the
need for a gateway in the household. For example, stand-alone IP zappers.
QoS Profile Enhancement
In the QOS Profiles portlet, the Operations user has the ability to calculate how many devices are
associated with a specific profile. This enhancement now displays the number of devices as a clickable
link which redirects the Operations user to the Device Management screen showing the list of devices.
Ability to Add Sub-Groups Removed
In order to enhance ease of use and system performance, the ability to create sub-groups in the
Operations - Groups portlet has been removed. Pre-configured sub-groups will remain as is.
