Editing the CableCARD or M-Card Module and Host in the DNCS
After adding and saving the CableCARD or M-Card module and its associated host
device on the DNCS, you can modify the host ID information and change whether or
not the host is bound to the CableCARD or M-Card module, in order to authorize or
deauthorize the host for copy-protected content.

you need to modify the CableCARD or M-Card module ID. If you need to modify a
parameter other than the CableCARD or M-Card module ID, use the following
procedure.
1 From the CableCARD Data Summary window, click the corresponding circle in

Card module in the DNCS regarding the Host ID or the unbind host status of the
CableCARD or M-Card module.
4 If you are finished, click Exit All CableCARD Screens to close the Modify
CableCARD window.
