CP-CA 
Control bits 

Indicates whether any o the 
available stream indexes (0-5) 
have CA decryption disabled by 
the CP due to a CP failure of 
some kind. This is a hex value 
representing a six-bit field, with 
the bit position corresponding to 
stream index. A one in any bit 
position 0 to 5 indicates that CA 
decryption is disabled for the 
corresponding stream index (0-5).  


