Enabling CVT Downloads on the DNCS

After adding an MPEG source to the DNCS, your next step in configuring a CVT 

download method on your network is to confirm that all DNCS processes are 

running (displaying a green working state). 

Complete these steps to confirm that all DNCS processes are running. 

 

1. 

On the DNCS Administrative Console Status window, click Monitor in the 

DNCS area. 

 

Result:  The DNCS Monitor window opens. 

 

Note:  Some processes restart automatically in response to an error. If this 

happens, the status indicator cycles through red, yellow, and green as the 

process shuts itself down, restarts, and then becomes active. If a process 

remains in a red or yellow working state, this indicates that the process is not 

functioning properly.
