3  On the Set Up Addressable DHCT Configuration window, select the Base 

Application tab. Type the MAC address of the set-top that needs DVS enabled in 

the DHCT MAC Address field at the top of the page.  
Note: You must provide the MAC address when configuring a single set-top. 

4  Click the Audio: Described checkbox in the Options area. 

 

5  Click Send. The status message, "Configuration sent" appears at the bottom of 

the window to confirm the new setting.  

6  Click Cancel to close the Set Up Staging Defaults window. Support for DVS has 

now been successfully configured on the set-top.  

 

Set-tops can be configured and enabled or disabled by subscribers from the set-top 

UI. Subscribers must follow these steps to enable DVS on their set-top.
