Click the Create Application Set button. 

 

Result:  The Create Application Set Page opens.

Enter the following information on the Create Application Set Page. 

The name of the application set 

A description of the application set 

The file path from which the application set 

definition will be read.  You can create a 

definition file in two ways: 
• 

By using the File<Export menu item in the 

Application Developer Page 

• 

By clicking the Download Application Set 

button on the Manage Application Sets Page  

A check box to indicate whether to load the 

application into the root of the object carousel or 

into its own directory below the root directory. 

When an application set is not loaded at the root, 

the application set is placed in its own directory 

(named after the Application Name) of the object 

carousel service gateway. The base directory 

attribute of the application signaling is also 

modified to reflect the new location 
Note:  Typically, you should not load OCAP 

application sets at the root. Each set should have 

an independent file system in its own directory.

Click the Save button to create a new application set.
